Milk Delivery

We partnered with one of the major milk manufacturers in Ukraine, Halychyna, to deliver milk to Chernihiv once Russian troops exited the area.  Chernihiv has over half of the building destroyed, with no electricity for weeks.  

• People Helped -  over 2,000 people received fresh milk
• Geographical Area -  Chernihiv 
• Timing -  14th and 21st of April, two deliveries were sent out. 
• Operational Details -  Milk supplier donated the milk to our organization and we organized and paid for delivery of it to the Chernihiv area. Over 1,500 gallons of milk were distributed between four hospitals and six municipal enterprises in Chernihiv. 
• Role of Our Org - our organization was able to negotiate donation of the milk and then managed operations of collecting it and delivering it. We also funded the delivery, fuel, and distribution of milk.
